Udyam Certificate Download Process

- Open the official Udyam Registration portal in your browser (e.g., udyamregistration.gov.in).
- Find “Print/Udyam Certificate Download” or a similar option on the homepage or in the menu and click on it.
- Enter your URN when prompted. If the site allows alternative identification (e.g., PAN/Aadhaar + mobile), enter the same information.
- The portal will display your registered mobile number or email address. Select the option to send the OTP.
- Click “Send OTP” on the portal. An OTP will be sent to your selected mobile number/email address- enter it correctly in the field and click Verify/Validate.
- Once the OTP is verified, your Udyam Registration Certificate will appear on the screen. It will contain the business name, URN, registration date, and other details.
- Click the “Download PDF” / “Print” button next to the certificate displayed on the screen and save the PDF to your computer/device.
- If you want a hard copy, open the PDF and print it. Save the digital copy in a secure folder/cloud and keep a backup.
